Career Roadmap - CCNZ

Client: Civil Contractors New Zealand

While working for Tailgunner, we were commissioned by Civil Contractors New Zealand (CCNZ) to develop a comprehensive, interactive career roadmap for civil infrastructure construction.

My role within the project was to come up with the illustration style, design the map layout in a way that takes users on a journey, and develop the illustrations for over 50 roles within the industry as well as building the environment in which these roles would operate. The vision was to create a map that was engaging, easy to follow and that felt inherently like a slice of Aotearoa complete with native trees, and iconic New Zealand houses.
